I stayed two years with this community and I can say, those were best days.
I was treated very nicely by the staff and management, my special thanks to Julie, the leasing agent with a smile on her face 24/7.
The apartments are decent and so are the neighbours.
Residents are thoughtful to others.
This community is located near to everything you can think of including Troy community center, shopping, best restaurents.
The rent is very reasonable, it also covers the heat.
The letter box and trash are inside the building, no need to go out specially in winter.
The managment also calls for small dinner parties and get-togethers once/twice a month. Ample parking, lots of fun at the pool and tennis court. Washer/dryer and kichen appliances performs well.
The list is never ending.
I recommend this place to everyone who wants peace of mind and comfortable place for living.
