I sublet an apartment here winter 08- summer 08. I found it to be a very quiet, nice complex to live. Maintenance came promptly both times I called, and even replaced the dishwasher. I think that the prices have gone up since I moved out...my only issue was the elevators, they broke almost every month. The office manager Julie is friendly and will address any issue that arises i.e they delivered flyers to every apartment to tell people to slow down in the parking garage due to children waiting for the school bus.
