I lived here for a year from october 07 - oct 08, The apartnemt is not that really new but well maintained, The leasing manager is very helpful to our needs, Parking is ample and I-75 is just 2 minutes away. The price is not that bad considering it is in Troy area. There was 3 day power outage but that was an isolated case and almost all of troy area doesnt have electricity after a strong storm. I felt really safe in here, I do go out whenever I want, whatever time I want without being worried to my safety. If I did not move out of state because of my job I will not leave this apartment area. We do not have laundry. washer in the unit but there were 2 floors with 6 machines each and is open 24 hours, so if you work midnight shift yo can always do your laundry during your day off.
