The community itself is beautiful, but the staff are horrible! Maintenance issues go on for months unresolved, the leasing staff are only concerned about themselves ("man, I need a raise having to deal with these people." An actual quote I overhear while in their office.)
For the amount of money it costs to live here you should expect better treatment.

This sounds like a disgruntled tenant to me. I've had my share of repairs that have needed to be done, and about 99% of the time they are completed the same day. This does not sound like the property I know, and should be taken with a grain of salt by anyone looking to live here.
