The apartments itself look a bit outdated. This complex is 12 years old. The previous apartment that we lived in was also 12 years old, but it looked better than these. It was in the details, the appliances were nicer and so were the floors. The overall look of the apartment was much better. These apartments look nicer on the outside than on the inside.
Also, the noise here is pretty bad. We live on the first floor and we can hear our neighbors upstairs every time they are home! Whenever they are walking up there we can here them.
On a good note, they have responded quickly to our maintenance issues. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Twelve years old is not an old apartment complex..If you are looking for anything much newer, you should expect to pay for it. As for noise, you live in a damn apartment, you can't expect to have total peace and quiet! It is to be expected living in any apartment community! Think about what you are saying!!
