If you have too much money

My experience here was not very pleasant overall. I moved out once I have a chance to locate my next place to stay.
The buildings looks good from outside. That was a reason I chose to move in before. But they were not built good. Insulation... everything, just a fair place like others. By the way, they cut most of trees down in 2006.
It suppose to be a safe place but right after I moved in there was a break-in and sexual assault in one of the buildings. And a lot of the outdoor lighting are broken before I moved out. Be careful at night.
If you want to deal with the office staffs, try to talk to the young lady manager. She's usually nice, even though the info out of her mouth is not correct all the time (and she's not responsible for whatever she said). There was a guy there, he acted like an government officer all the time. If you want him to do anything, he's not happy. He would tell you some ridiculous policies if you went to him.
The maintanence is ok. But not as good as they first promised you. And they will automatically assume some of the maintanence issues as "no need to repair" and never bother to talk to you again.
Generally you should not have much complains about the neighbors since there aren't many. But I had one crazy neighbor making funny/unrealistic complains.
One thing I have to say is the unfriendly lease here. If you have couple of months of uncertainty before you move out they are going to drive you crazy. You have to stay on some kind of lease. Even for month-to-month lease you have to sign every 3 months, right, what a friendly "month-to-month" lease it is.
I forgot to mention the price. You will get a taste when you contact them. It's never worth it. But if you just have too much money and feel comfortable of an ok apartment please by all means save the Michigan economy.
