The location and price of these apartments initially were perfect, but went up roughly 75-100 per year. The interior was nothing special, your expected kitchen w/very old microwave(1992) & other slighty newer appliances. I read the prior review that mentioned a bug problem but you can call the office and have your apt sprayed by whatever bug company they use, I have mine done once a year and have had no problems-there isn't a cost for this either. Maint is really prompt, I've only had to make a few calls but all were handled within 24hrs and most were non-emergency. Great place if you can afford the steady rent increases or only plan on staying 1 yr.
