I applied for an apartment here. Lucky for me I was denied. I was told that although I qualify by credit rating and income standards, they could not rent me an apartment. Apparently they also ran my daughters credit. They insisted I place her information on the applciation if she was going to reside there. They explained that becuase she did not qualify they could not rent an apartment to me. That was when I saw these reviews and was grateful I did not move in. Justr wanted to warn people with children not to apply unless their chjildren have excellent credit. the applciation fee was an enormaous $100 and is non-refundable.
