I just moved in a little while ago. Nothing major to complain about so far. The only thing of concern is that I have to shovel my own driveway (the parking space in front of the garage). The apartment plows out the main road, the common part of the parking lot and the driveway, but the individual parking spaces are not plowed. You have to shovel it out yourself.
