I have read all of the bad reviews on this site and personally I can hardly believe some of them. I do know that a bad neighbor can spoil anything though. I have lived here now since Feb 2002 and I love it. It is a spacious apartment on the lake with a remote control door, garage to protect my car. With very well outside lighting. The lake is beautiful at night with water fountains that light up. If you like to fish, the lake is stocked with Large Mouth Bass and Bluegill. The pool is nice and kept clean. There is a work out area in the office. I feel like I am in a condo. I am on the second floor in a 3 bedroom. I have great neighbors that are considerate with their noise levels. There is occasional music heard, but nothing all hours of the night. This is to be expected in an apartment. If I wanted less noise, I would move to a house. The last two apartments I lived in were a living H*ll. Warren Mannor and Northgate. The elementary school is located right next the complex with a nice play area for my kids with a huge field. The maintenance man comes out right away when I have a problem. My water heater recently went out over a weekend Holiday and he came in and replaced it on the spot. I have always gotten prompt results from the managers as well. I loved Rosa, she always was nice to talk to when I dropped my rent off or just came in for something else. The new acting manager, Brian has been prompt and fair and getting results on issues. He even offered to cut my rent down and offer to paint the walls or clean my carpets for free if I signed a new lease. An offer I did not refuse. The only negative thing I would have to say is the there is an overwelming amount of Canadian Geese that graze on the grass and the swim on the lake at times that leave their droppings all over the surrounding grass. I have seen a dog come out and scare them away, but it needs to happend more. I counted 36 geese out there two days ago. I sleep with a fan, but if I didn't I am sure they would wake me up in the morning. I would recommend moving here.

You are in for a rude awaking. This place sucks! I dont care you lived there since 2002. I use to live there and I lived in a 3 bedroom, my neighbors were terrable and no one did anything about it. also management and maintenance if you called them employees just sat in the office and did nothing.

that is so true about management and maintenance just sitting there. I have a friend that lives there now and he has lived there for over a year and he hates it very much. the new office manager is a real ass. and maintenance what maintenance, he is lazy and does not do anything except just drive around. for a high class apartment place it sure sucks!!!!!!!

I am sorry you are having such bad expereriences. There is no rude awakenings here. There was just recently a problem with dog owners not picking up after their dogs and a letter went out. This problem no longer exists now. Like I said in my review. I have been here for a while and I love it! Sorry to say this so harshley but, If you want perfection, get your own home and do it yourself! I know that there were problems with employees that were fired for not doing their jobs properly. I hope that it is not the ones that were fired putting all this dirt on such a nice place. Again, I am a tennent and love it here.

You are a complete and utter liar!!! You are a part of management!!! Who else do you hear to make such nice remarks abaout an aprtment??? Who the hell do you expect to believe your --------??? Everybdy here should know that this piece of ---- is a liar and works for management, just look at the review!!! I lived at Pebble Creek apts for 2 years, and they were the absolute WORST apts I have ever lived in!!! Managament was rude, the apts were built like garbage with paper thin walls, and the insulation is grotesque!!! (I spent over $200 on gas bills in the winter!!!) Anyone reading this review should know that the person who wrote it works for management and is a BIG FAT PHONY!!!
