Utica Plaza is an ok place to live.

Shopping is nearby, the sub it's located in is quiet and well-maintained and the apartment complex is kept fairly clean.

The only complaints I have are the buildings are old and while most of the units have cosmetic improvements, it's sometimes difficult to get things fixed in a timely manner as the maintenence crew is understaffed.

Overall, it's a good place to live if you're on a budget and don't mind the occasional loud neighbor.
