We moved in May '03, and are still here almost 2 1/2 years later.
All was well for a while, but the other tenants are all really unfriendly, drunken, and loud.
I've almost had to call the cops a couple of times.
I've worked with police officers also, who have told me that cars are frequently stolen out of the parking lot.
There's also been one incident of a small girl being sexually molested by a stranger in the parking lot.
I've also witnessed the cops arresting/busting people about half a dozen times.

i have never seen or heard about any cars being stolen from the parking lot. nor have i seen the cops bust anyone here

We've been here 5 months and have seen the cops here at least 10 times. They're here all the time. We've never seen someone get busted, though, just the vehicles in the lot. There are unsupervised, TERRIBLY unruly kids at the pool in the summer. 8-9ish year old boys yelling about their balls itching overandoverandover, and when we finally told them to knock it off, they said no (but stopped.) A 14ish year old group of kids constantly using "motherf*cker" at the top of their lungs. We've had to go out to the pool to tell kids to stop screaming blood-curdling screams like they're being murdered, since their parents apparently don't feel the need to. So, aside from really ------ parents of a handful of bad kids, it's not a bad place. The people in our building are really nice. I can hear the guy upstairs peeing, though. That's always awesome. The neighborhood is nice for walking/jogging. There are two parks with trails in it. Make sure you get a decent landlord, though, if you're a renter. Ours is an absolute ---- when it comes to fixing things, so we try not to disturb him.
