We moved in May '03, and are still here almost 2 1/2 years later. All was well for a while, but the other tenants are all really unfriendly, drunken, and loud. I've almost had to call the cops a couple of times.

I've worked with police officers also, who have told me that cars are frequently stolen out of the parking lot. There's also been one incident of a small girl being sexually molested by a stranger in the parking lot. I've also witnessed the cops arresting/busting people about half a dozen times.
