I liked it

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I moved here last year from out of state and chose Eagle Pond because of the security aspect (primarily) and the lay out of the apartment. I really, really have enjoyed my time there, but since I got engaged, I have decided to move out to save money for the wedding.
While I do not like the lease restrictions (can't break it) or the fact that you are penalized for a shorter term lease, had I not had to plan a wedding, I would have stayed there.
The pool was beautiful with hardly any people there, the halls were always clean and well maintained, the general population was a little older, but very friendly, the apartment was well kept (they are only 6-7 years old I think), had a TON of storage, was well laid out, the utilities bill was a joke, and most of all, I ALWAYS FELT SAFE.
Apparently there were past problems with management, but I found Terry to be SO welcoming and SO flexible; I will surely miss him when I go and may pop back in from time to time to see him and talk about U of M and Lions' football.
