LISTEN PEOPLE,ITS AN APARTMENT!I LOOKED AT EVERY APT IN NEIGHBORING CITIES,AND THIS ONE IS IT! ITS PRETTY LARGE,CONTEMPORARY,AND A GREAT VALUE.EVERYTHING IS IN GREAT WORKING ORDER,ECT,IF YOU HAVE KIDS,THEY SHOULDNT BE RUNNING AROUND DOWNSTAIRS.SO,THAT IS A NEW RULE,AND I LIKE IT.WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO LOOK AT YOUR KIDS MESSES EVERYTIME WE GO DOWNSTAIRS.I LIKE KIDS,AND I HAVE KIDS.BUT YOU CLEAN UP AFTER YOURS,AND ILL CLEAN UP AFTER MINE. WE ARE ALL LIVING HERE TOGETHER.AND WE HAVE A GREAT NEW MANAGER,BOBBY,AND I THINK THINGS ARE ONLY GOING TO GET BETTER FROM HERE.....I WAS CONSIDERING LEAVING BUT NOW I THINK ILL STICK AROUND..........

When Bobby stops doing cocaine with the residents, I'll start thinking she is a good manager. I've lived there for months, and things that were promised to me when I moved in, still haven't been given to me. Yes, the apartment is great, but I can deal without the MAGGOTS and COKED OUT MANAGER, thanks.
