Eagle Pond is wonderful.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2008
 
I've been living here for 8 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else (except somewhere in California :-P). It's so well kept and everyone working/living there are nice. The parking lots and sidewalks are well lit. If something is wrong in your place, the maintenance boys will come fix it usually that day, and if not, the next day.
