Ive been living at Eagle Pond for about 16 months now.All of my needs are met.And this complex is the best apartment in this city for the price. They work with you to meet your needs.Im looking for a house,so i didnt resign my lease,Im going month to month, and the staff does the best they can.The staff certainily cant stop sex offenders from living here. Its against the law.I dont worry about the safety of my children,i know where they are and what they are doing. And please people....learn...sex offenders are not child molesters. They are people who made mistakes. For instance,my girlfriend and her husband were doing things in an alley, downtown, that should be done at home. They are now both sex offenders. My nephew is a sex offender. He was 17,she was 15,they are now married with 3 kids and are harrased everywhere they live.Sex offenders live everywhere. Eagle pond has nothing to do with it.Im so tired of running into you gossiping moms, talking about what sex offender lives where, why is that always the topic' Maybe you should make better use of your time.I do not expect to have a problem getting my security deposit back, there are marks on the walls, and carpet, its called normal wear and tear....Ill let you know!

Apartments have the right to not let any sex offenders live in their community. You can definitely discriminate against sex offenders, that's why there's the NATIONAL SEX OFFENDER LIST. It's a PUBLIC KNOWN LIST for a reason. Duh.
