Terrible management, filthy, dog poop everywhere, and incompetent maint.
Don't move here. They over charge and when you move out the sneak "damage" fees in on you. The new management is rude and rarely in the office and maintenance is lazy. There'd also an issue with dumpsters not being available 24/7 and when thereā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Dog park trash cans OVERFLOWING with poop bags for weeks. Truly shows exactly how they respect their residents. Disrespectful and took anyone to eviction court MULTIPLE TIMES DURING A PANDEMIC. This places makes me sick, stay away.

Great place!
I have lived here for about 9 months, and love it! I am a single parent, and feel completely safe and secure here. Love the fact that I don't have to leave the building to get my mail, take out the trash, or go toā¦Ā See More >tag627

GREED!
The rental price isn't a fixed price. They now charge $30 PER MONTH for WATER! Carports have your apartment number on them, but guess what......there is a $10 PER MONTH fee to even use it!!!! Ridiculous! There is NO concierge service!! - They have aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't live here!
I've lived here for eight years & this company takes NOTHING seriously! The remodeling of everything looks nice, but who cares really! They spent way too much time redecorating when they should be simply fixing the problems around the building. I feel they shouldn't haveā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not worth the money
This is not a nightmare apartment, however it is not worth the money. My previous apartment cost about $100.00 LESS than Eagle Pond Heights, but EPH seemed to be run by a capable staff and had great amenities. There was a workout room,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Place. Large Apartments. Reasonable Rent
I have lived here for years. The apartments are large, w/ several floor plans to choose from. My husband and I love the "California style" lay out. Our children are now teens and we ALL appreciate bedrooms that don't have a common wall. Each apartmentā¦Ā See More >Aaron8282
