I've lived here for about 6 months. The place is usually pretty clean. They just fixed up the parking lot too. The price is good and it only cost me $300 to move-in.
The manager is good and the apartment is huge. No sewer issues, no one loitering in the parking lot. Not sure what the people who don't live here saw, but I'm here alot and it's ok by me!

this is the manager writting a response! if you have to pick between a box on the corner or a roof, then this might be the place, but not recomended. never had so much agrivation and frustration with the cleanliness & maitnence of a apartment in my life and because walled lake doesnt have a 'housing commitee' no one regulates the awful upkeep. including the several inches of flooding in all 3 buildings basements. allergies? good luck.
