are you serious? they want to raise our rent by $200 a month and the place is a dump. the only reason we will resign is because of the location and we cant afford to move right now. but we will fight till the end for a rent decrease. dont just accept what they offer!

Moldy basements with change eating laundry.
Pot holes larger than compact cars.
Pool with algae and a strong bacterial colony.

Not sure what their talking about I've lived here for about a year. The place is usually pretty clean. They just fixed up the parking lot too. The price is good and it only cost me $300 to move-in.
