Not a good place to live

The apartment themselves look nice, but they are made of shody materials. The maintance doesn't know what they are doing and one of the office workers is a real mean (B), if you are not one of her favorite people she doesn't care what you need or want. The landlord has done several things against the law and has yet to be taken to court for it, I don't know who he's paying off, but it's working.
And complaints against your neighbors don't do any good cause the head manager, the (B) is our neighbors best friend and it doesn't matter to her if she blares her radio at 8 in the morning or 11 at night. But the minute her friend complains about something, even a stupid something, we get a complaint. Do not move into these apartments, they are not worth the money they charge for them and I will be moving as soon as I can.

Agree with this as well, and i am also looking and will move as soon as I possibly can. The price for these apartments is not worth it, especially when you consider the crap you have to put up with. For the tenants they've been putting in there lately - the cost for these apartments should be in the $200 price range somewhere in the ghetto.

This is to gerriesue, I live at Arlington Manor and compared to many other apartments it is just fine.I've been reading some of the other reviews from other places and we don't have to deal with hardly none of the things they are. If you can't handle the noise, tenants or so called "crap" then go buy you a house. |

I live in arlington manor apartments. I really enjoy coming home, I will have to move out because I need to be closer to my job. But, I love the apartment I live in, the community, and the neighbors. My only complaint is that the work out room hours are not for working adults.
