I must say.. I really love my apartment! I have lived here for 2 years now. However, since 2 years ago, a changed has occured. Now it's like management is only concerned with receiving a payment monthly from anyone... It's like they don't even do a back ground check, etc., to see who they're moving into the complexes. Some tenenats now either have two many children in a 1-2 bedroom apt., etc. or they're too many young adults living in one apartment, with a lot of traffic back and forth and not keeping their areas clean. The apartments are very large though.. That's what I love the most. I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath, which gives me the feel of a condo/house... Personally, I can't speak on any other buildings, but the tenenats in my building at the moment are fine. They tend to their own business and for the most part are friendly and quiet. However I think security should be trememdously improved. There have been several cars broken into recently. Thank God I haven't been hit! But management doesn't take heive to this, because it's not happening to them. I beleive the company is finacially stable enough to provide sufficient security. A tenent shouldn't have to keep looking out the window, etc. to make sure their car is secure while being at home. In any event, I would recommend this apartment to someone looking for a nice, resonable and roomy apartment.
