I've had no problems at this apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful. There may be one or two maintenance problems each year, nothing major, and they're always fixed within a day. Barkign dogs are an occasional problem, but the management doesn't tolerate problem tenants. A little more expensive than some, but the service is worth the extra cost.
