Not worth the money

The apartments are small-only 700 square feet- and laid out wierdly. It is definitely not worth the money. Maitenence is decent, although I never actually see them doing anything. Parking is still absolutely awful- it's gotten to the point where the tenents are calling the towing place themselves because visitors are parking in their carports- leaving no place for the people who are paying large amounts of money every month to park there to park. There is an intercom system, which is nice, however, sometimes there are problems with salespeople ringing every bell in the building before someone lets them in. Also lots of standing water after a rain around the complex. Pets are accepted here, and you can defintely tell. Even though there are signs all over the complex to clean up after your pet, there are still piles all over the place. Overall, it's not worth the money, but it's not the slum or anything. It's just minutes from the interstate, and close to all sorts of shops.
