My apartment has air conditioning that works only sometimes. The bathroom has cracks all over the walls and ceiling...it looks like its going to come crashing down around you. It also leaks water from the people in the aprtment above me. The faucet in the tub leaks, it finally gets fixed, then starts leaking again within a month. The dishwasher is broken and we've been waiting 2 weeks now and they still havent come to fix the toilet.The stairs to the apartments above me are terrible. Whenever anyone walks up them it sounds like a herd of elephants stampeeding. The neighbors play loud music and are noisy. Maintanence...just forget it, might as well get yourself a tool kit. The parking is worst of all. There is almost nowhere to park. People park wherever they want...including in your car port, handicapped spots, and even make their own spaces up. In the past week, one day several cars were egged, a few days later at least 4 cars had flat tires. There are trashed cars that just sit and take up space but never move. When complaints are made to the office...and belive me, there are many many complaints about parking, nothing is ever done. People store their stuff in the hallways of the apartments. The office is totally inadequate. They even lost my rent payment once!
