I have been here for almost 4 years. And I can say that things have been very good except within the last two months new management has managed to bring this place down. The employees used to be friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Now they don't seem that happy to be working for them. The new manager that replaced David has no people skills at all. I tried to talk to her about an issue and all she did was look down on me and treated me as if I was trash. Eastbrooke was a very friendly and enjoyable place to live. Now all I see are cold hearted people who don't know how to treat people. The staff members used to be very customer service friendly and now it seems that they don't care. My lease is up in two months and you better believe that I am not remaining here. I moved here because of the service that I got from the office staff. They took the time to make sure that I was happy. I was never treated badly with the old staff. I am not the only one who feels the same, I have spoken to other tenants who have stated that they are leaving. I would never recommend anyone to live here. The price is too high for the crappy quality of the apartments I can go down the street for cheaper rent with my utlities included and get an upgraded apartment and better service.

I agree i am paying damn near $800 a month for rent and have tried to switch apartments and make payments im now behind in my rent and utilities, and now they are trying to say i never payed last monthes rent 2 days before i was supposed to switch to a 1 bedroom, of course! So of course i had a reciept and tried to talk to them and they rudely kicked me out of the office and told me to come back. So i came back the next day and they did the same thing. So of course i couldnt move or get my chance to prove them wrong. But they did see the reciept and now they suposedly found my money order! But i havnt yet paid my rent because i cant afford it anymore my roomate hast and isnt paying and i found a 2 bedroom home for $500 a month so why wouldnt i jump on that??? Id be dumb not to. So im leaving before my lease is up ---- this!
