They are thieves, liars, and con artist. They don't care about the safety of your property, you, or your family. They are too expensive for what they offer you. Kids bully other kids, adults shot little kids with B.B.s just for fun. These things Eastbrooke has little to say about. They only shovel the snow and put down salt during the weekdays.This means that any snow and ice that comes after five p.m., or during the weekend, will be there to threaten injury to everyone who goes outside, until the following weekday morning. The way they have their utilities is a rip off. They're slow to repair. I've been waiting over two months for a leaky bathtub to be fixed.Thieves raid the parking lot at night because there is no sort of security. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone at all. ANYONE!

So True!!! I currentley live at eastbrook and it has been nothing but hell! Im currently so behind in my bills and rent because the rent is sky high and even the managers said it was high i mean i pay damn near $800 a month for rent! I cant afford it anymore so im getting ready to leave early i got an offer for a house for $500 a month (2 bed). Not only is the rent too high but i agree with the utilities whats up with the CAP they are supposed to pay and they never do??? The neighbors are so ghetto and loud but if i wana listen to my music they complain and its the same with the parking and carport situation! There is always new managemant and they dont seem to give a ---- about anything! Not only that but the maintenance men NEVER do there job in a timely mannor and everything is always ghetto rigged when they finally do get to it! WTF NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
