So ive lived here for about 8 monthes now and i hate it ive been regreting it ever since my 2nd month here. The rent is sooooo high and plus you pay all utilities, they try to say that the utility bills cap off at 60 or 70 and they pay the rest but thats -------- because my bill is now over $200 dollars and they've never paied theyre half of the supposed capped bill!!!! They also tryed to jip me i was supposed to be moving to a 1bed because the roomate i have has not once helped pay one bill or even attempted to recieve income (a job) and they know this. So i asked about a transfer only because i didnt wana go through eviction and courts and they said yes. So like 2 days before i was supposed to move they wana call me and say i never paid last monthes rent which is -------- so i brought in the reciept to solve the issue and they were really rude and told me they didnt have time for me and to come back tomorrow. So i came back the next day and once again they were very rude and told me to come back another day but they did see that we had the reciept. So then they left us a message a few days later and they supposedly found it, but now its too late to move to the one bed so they want us to keep paying the $800. ---- that i dont have it i have too many other bills to pay and never can save money living here so im about to just say ---- it and break my lease because im being offered a really nice 2bed house for $500 a month (and i already pay high utilities here) so i might as well! The maintenance men are getting paid to do a job that they never do! They always take they're sweet time when we moved in we had a broken drawer for about a month that was supposed to be fixed before we moved in and they ghetto rigged it so it just keeps on breaking and they dont wana come back and fix that, We also had something wrong in the bath tub like a little bit of mold that they were supposed to fix before we moved in and they never still to this day fixed it, We also had a broken hallway closet before we moved in and they fixed it once (ghetto rigged) and it broke and came off track again and then it took them like 2 more monthes to come back for that and they tried to say they ordred a part and they still 8 monthes into are lease "still dont have the part" so its still broke, Are blinds have fallen apart in every room and we had a leaky bathroom sink that we couldnt use for about 1-2 weeks plus our toilet kept breaking and wouldnt flush all the time and our handle kept falling off for about 2 to 3 monthes. Oh and there was leaks and mold all over the basement that got all over our stuff in storage and i dont even think they ever fixed that either!! The washers and dryers are to expensive especially because there so small and we cant even wash alot and now they are saying that they are going to get newer bigger ones and its going to cost alot more to wash and dry clothes now!!WTF''' Not only that but the neighbors are so rude they take your clothes out of the washer in the middle of a cycle and out of the dryer before theyre dry so they can do theres!! Not to mention its getting really GHETTO here nothing but TRASHY and GHETTO people here always loud, screaming, fighting etc. But if i even listen to my radio the management is on my ass! I have seen WAY MORE FIRETRUCKS, AMBULANCES, AND COPS HERE than in the ghetto (south warren) i lived in before here! There are cars stolen, drugs dealt, fights, violence 24/7 (but thats ok with the management) they are just worried about the money and whos parking where!!!''' WTF is up with that''' Not to mention i have to live with people banging on my door and running away, ringing my buzzer and running away HELL i even had a guy walk right in my apartment but when he saw that i was there he hurried and left!!! Oh and i have to live with the stench of weed all the time in the halls and my apartment and i dont even smoke that ---- the smell makes me sick! The people here never watch there kids they are soooo loud and rude they tear up the apartment hall or building and the parents dont even clean that ---- theres always junk laying all over the place! Its pretty much a dump mothing but ghetto trashy people and people who just have section 8 or dont work they just have 2,3,4,5,6 kids so they can live off of the state and sleep all day and pretty much live for free and its supposed to be illegal for that many people to live in an apartment but that dosnt matter either right''' I am so fed up with this place IM DONE! Id rather go live back in south warren off of 8 mile than deal with this! Id never reccomend this to anyone! Trust me you will not get your money worth! Unless this is the lifestyle you want to live or the kind of person you are.
