I have lived in this apartment complex for three years, but I will be moving into a home I just purchased. I have had no complaints. Things rarely break, but when I've needed maintaince, they are here yesterday. Management and workers are polite and courteous,-- even what I would call friendly and neighborly. I've even stopped by the office to get my car battery jumped--something I will painfully miss. They screen tenants and all of my neighbors are helpful, warm, and friendly.

It's a great location for Warren, close to everything. It is very cheap. Water and heat are free,(and heated water) We set our own temp controls. The shared area in the apartment buildings are cleaned weekly, and are always squeaky clean. The grounds are always kept tidy and in they have flowers and trees, for play, walk, have friends over areas
