The move in special brought us here 400 security dep./ 1st month rent free. It's cheap...but you get what you pay for. The noise is a constant problem the parking lot has pot holes the size of satelite dishes and the maintenance men, well yes they aren't that intelligent. They also don't clean behind the stove between tenants so that caused a bit of an ant problem yuck!
