I have lived here for approx. 13 years. In those 13 years I have seen a dramatic change in the upkeep of these apartments. I like the apartment, it is big, spacious and close to everything. But the biggest gripe I have is that the parking lot is an absolute mess, pot holes, dirt and papers fly around. The hall way in my section is in need of repair. The pipes froze over the winter ( January deepfreeze) and the water went all down through the floor onto the stairway and icecicles were literlly hanging over the stairway. The maintaince men took 2weeks to patch the leak, which is a slip shod job, hallway looks horrible, the patch job is a joke. Now the hall way looks like something out of the ghetto. I have seen the climate change around here from mostly elderly persons with no children to the households with several children. We are a very diverse community and for the most part the neighbors are (at least in my section) are polite, quite and friendly. I guess my biggest gripe is that the hall way is in really bad shape and no matter how often I complain, it just doesn't get any better. It hasn't been vacumned, cleaned or picked up in weeks.
I pay 725.00 a month to live here. I like living here, I just want it kept clean. I keep my apartment in excellant shape and I expect the same for the outside of the building.
