After you have been an excellent tenant paying your rent in full on time every single freaking month for a whole year...you continue to get horrible treatment.

First of all, make sure the air conditioning unit works WELL before signing your lease. When it is 96 degrees and you are two people with athsma paying rent to not live there, you will regret it if you don't. They will not replace a broken airconditioner unless you threaten to withhold rent. I talked to a couple other tenants that said the same exact thing. When you finally do get a new one, it will be a crappy used one that will break again in a month.

Second of all, the office staff will never go through with any of their promises EVER. They will never return your calls unless it envolves you giving or not giving them money.

Third of all, you better like the laundry mat because you will not want to wash your clothes here. When the washers and dryers actually work, they are so small that you are paying $2.25 to wash 3 towels to not even get them clean. You have two settings: not clean, and not clean and shrunken.

So...after all the noise and BS you put up with here and still pay your rent on time for a year, guess what you get'

You get a notice of renewal that says that the day before you received the letter was the deadline to renew your lease and get $300 of your rent. That's right! They send you a letter for discount you can never get. Nice, huh' And don't try and reason with them or the property management company, it won't work. They would rather get rid of the apartment to someone with their 12 kids that will keep you up all night and will not pay.

This apartment may be attractive you you if you know that you are just looking for some junky hole to stay in until they evict you...
