Moved in here in 2003. We found it to be a very nice place back then. Mary Ellen was the manager then. Wow, we sure miss her. Unfortunately for us, she had to leave for family reasons. To make it look good for the next managers, she filled apts. with riff-raff. Lo and behold...the next manager was riff-raff herself. She took up 3 apartments for her own use and really did not care what was happening with the rest of the place so long as she had different places to hide out.

Little Bob (maintenance)used to be nice too, but at the end was a jerk. Still he did his job and plugged on. He got out under the new management. Guess he ran for his life. The other 2 maintenance men are cool tho.

Furnaces break down, hot water heaters go out...left without hot water sometimes in the middle of a shower. Other times, you can nearly get scalded by people in other apartments using the water at the same time.

Pool girls...1 was good...did her job, listened to people, had compassion. The other one, sat in a car with her gf and was in her friends apt. all the time. Filled the pool with family and friends and the residents here could only have 2 people. What's fair.

Been through 3 fires here. You would think that there would be a policy in force that if there is a fire in the same building as you, other residents would come and tell you to get out because there is a fire...but instead, when discussing this with present management, we were told that she should have been alerted first and then she would have come over to tell us. She doesn't even live here.

Miss Kitty...well, ask her something, and she talks a good talk, but nothing ever gets done. Don't know why that is.

Laundry rooms, of course, are Huntington Club Apt. rooms, but machines are put in by another company. Some vandal came in and ripped off the tops of dryers for the change boxes. A shame. We have suggested that there be a pad lock on the the laundry room doors and have certain hours for the laundry rooms. It fell upon deaf ears, like everything else.

If we had to do it all over again, and move in here. NOOOO WAYYYY.. Will we stay some more' Good question...We are looking for a house...Wish us luck!
