We've lived here for 3.5 years, and it has been ok. Things started out pretty good. At the time, a dishwasher was put in for us free of charge and didn t change our rent amount, but does now. The ceiling above our shower has been replaced twice because of leaking from upstairs, and is going to need to be redone again. And its loud. You can hear every noise your neighbors make. That s the biggest complaint we have. The noise and the people screaming outside at all hours of the night have forced us to look for a new place to live.
