Wellcome to Manor House (NOT)

Manor house is run by Consolidated Management Inc (Detroit, MI)
The apartment complex is divided into 3 housing units.

Bldg 1 is the better of these and has the pool (Very Small pool)and it seems quieter) Bld 2 was split off (Independent) from the complex (Divorce settlement''') Bld 3 is the worst of all the building is next door is a Auto Dealership.
The Apartments are localed on a VERY BUSY road way so you'll need ear plugs.

When the local management was able and cared about their tenants things were good here.

However, Manor House has been going through some changes lately and it seems as if all control is now a top down operation (Local Management) has no control they are just the yes men of the corporation.
Lately it has been whom can we move in for the rent, the quality of tenant has gone way down and noise levels up...

I will not be renewing my lease as it is not worth it.
