I have lived in this apt. for 4 months. since then, i have notified management on almost a weekly basis about a mold problem in the apt.
the only solution given is maintenance comes and wipes the wall. they then say they will be back to fix it permanently, but never show until i call management again. I HAVE TO KEEP A CONSTANT WATCH ON THE MOLD. last week the maintenance man told me that the people who lived here before also complained of a mold problem. this is a list of all the location of mold in my apt:

Living Room
1. Front door
2. Milk Slot
3. Front window
-bottom wall of the window
-window pane
4. Corner next to the door (West corner)
5. Corner along the front window (South-East)
6. Corner along the ceiling between the door and window
7. Heating unit under the window

*Ceiling leaks when it rains

Bed Room
1. Bedroom window
-wall around the window
-window pane

*Water runs down the window spreading the mold and damaging the wall (paint is cracking)

2. Air conditioner unit

*water pools on top of the unit. Water runs down drips on the carpet. Mold spreads on the top, sides and bottom of the unit. The wall along the air conditioner unit also has mold.

3. North-East corner of the bedroom wall
-mold has spread along the bottom panel and heating unit of the North-East corner of the bedroom wall.
4. Electrical plugs
-mold has spread around the plugs for the air conditioner unit and the socket under that.
5. Ceiling above the bedroom window
6. South-East corner (damaged my dresser)
7. North-West corner (also around the fuse box)
