NEVER RENT FROM MANOR HOUSE. The heat in the building i live in does not work on a thermostat. if i want heat i have to turn on the emergency heat valve. the problem is that the heat increases until i turn the valve off. so if i go to sleep with it on, by the morning it is 90 degrees in the apartment. so, every morning i wake up with no heat. the temperature in the apartment is less than 60 degrees. i have went to maintenance and management. Still no working heat! I went to them in October 2007.
