My wife and I lived there for 3 1/2 years... here is just a little something you can expect from them:
-rude and unpleasant management, they will treat you like a trash (and they even told me once that people are complaining all the time, "but #@$@#$ the people-don't like it-beat it")
-HUGE gas prices (just like living in a house-our winter bills were averaging around $$160-200/mo.) Also, expect ultra high electricity bills in summer...
-LARGE bugs everywhere, especially in the kitchen and bedroom. Crawlers.
-Noisy neighbours with surround TV's and sub-systems. Don't bother talking to the management-it's pointless.
-If your AC breaks in the middle of summer (which happened to me), you can expect it to be fixed in 2 weeks or so...
-NO SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK....I know, you can hire a lawyer, go to the authorities...but what can you actually do' I have no time to chase it and they know it. They get away with it. My friend also didn't get his $500 back.
-It is getting very 'ghetto'-like, with loud music and loud parties outside, at night.
In the end, i couldn't stand it anymore. We're paying more now, but we're happy where we live and people are nice and friendly.

I must live in a different part of the complex than you. Every time I go to the office to pick up a package or renew my lease, everyone has been very nice and extremely helpful. My neighbors are quiet, even those with kids. Any time I have requested something get fixed, it is done within the week. To me, this is faster than I expected considering how many units they service. I still stand by my recommendation for this place. Heck, I wish I knew someone looking for an apartment so I could refer them and get the $100 incentive.
