I lived at Parkview Village for 10 years and never had an issue with getting repairs done timely. The management staff ( Darryl and Desiree) were always very helpful and friendly. My only complaints were that the area is not well lit at night time. Also, my neighbor was very noisy and when I complained about it I was offered the option of moving into another building. I just didn't think that was handled properly so I decided to move on. Overall my stay there was pleasant.
