NOT BAD.......BUT NOT ALL GOOD

The apartment is cute, you pay for your accomodations....that's for sure.
***Walls are extremely thin, so you can hear regular conversations and televisions next door or upstairs.
***Maintenance SUCKS!! Your emergency is not their emergency.
They say 24hours, not true.
They get there when they get there.
I have to call at least 2-3x's to get a response.
***Neighbors don't seem to be too friendly.
***Heating is terrible.
The windows are not insulated so you literally feel the air coming through your windows.
***Management is changing ('''AGAIN') Since I've lived there in 1 year, people in control of this place, including maintenace have come and gone! I don't know what's going on.
I wanted to change apartments because of an Order of Protection against an old boyfriend, top management spoke with me and told me he would call me back, I never heard from him again and that's been over 6 months! People speed through the neighborhood so If your car is parked across the street, you better run like hell - Crossing the street around the curved corners are dangerous!! Speed bumps maybe a nice touch.
I truly hope they get it together!!
