Not the place for families and/or normal people

I've lived in several apartments since I've lived here (as my job has required me to transfer), and I can say without a shadow of doubt, this place was the pits. Extremely noisy, and complaints to management only creates more tension with the neighbors. Maintenance...make sure you're home. When they got around to my many requests, they would leave me little hints they were there, such as mud stains on my bathroom rugs or grease marks on my kitchen counter. I had a leak in my washer one Saturday afternoon as I was washing my towels...I had a mini-lake in the kitchen. I was told to try to dry it up and maintenance would be there on Monday. First of all, what was I to dry it with' Second, I was on the top floor and there was water in the kitchen...leakage to the bottom floor should have been a concern. After living in the apartments for approximately 1 week, the garbage disposal ceased to work. I was charged $65 for a new disposal because they claim I put a piece of plastic down the disposal. But my favorite little memory of this apartment was the evening I was walking through the complex and saw the couple having sex in the pool. If you have children and would like to allow them to play outdoors around 8 p.m., this is likely not the ideal environment for you.
