I have lived here for over a year, and I am very pleased.

Everyone is friendly in the office, and I have never had a problem with maintenace.

They are on the ball.

Just look at the property.

Well maintanined, great landscaping, clean, not pot holes, no garbage on the patio/balcony, quiet and a great location.

Keep up the good work.

I highly recommend Regency Club.

It is well worth the money.

And very reasonable rent rates.

Move in, and I would love to be your neighbor.

I concur... murders? Really? I lived here in 2003... when/where did the murders take place?

The murders were at Regency Park over on Hoover...although they may as well have taken place the way things are turning.
