Apartment was very clean when I moved in and I felt very safe. My building was tucked back in the northern part of the complex so I enjoyed minimal neighbor-noise. My reasons for moving were: 1) wanted a W/D in my home, 2) wanted more space, 3) new neighbors (across the hall) smoked A LOT and I could smell it.

PROS: great office staff, fantastic maintenance response time, pet friendly, quiet 99% of the time, great location near all the freeways

CONS: my car was broken into, no covered parking, bedroom window (1st floor) wasn't very secure and I couldn't leave it open at night for fear that someone could climb in through my window (it was behind a very overgrown bush)

Overall, I'd recommend Regency Club--and I have. I enjoyed my year living there and even considered moving into one of the townhouses or 2 bedrooms. Great location!
