I would just like to start off by saying that my fiance were very much satisfied with Regency Park compared to the many other apartments that we had looked at. However, after moving in, we have come to the realization that we have been seriously mislead. Yes, the model apartment and the grounds are well kept, but the apartments that they rent out or far from it. First of all, the door buzzers don't even buzz anyone in they are purely for show I guess. Second, I have had a leak in my sink drain since I moved in and it only got worse when they attempted to fix it...still waiting for the next attempt at actually fixing it. Third, and worst of all, my ceiling leaks when it snows a lot. Now, the first time that it leaked it was coming from the ceiling light and down the cupboard fronts. We called the emergency number because it was a Sunday evening. The guy comes and says, "Yeah, this has happened before but we thought we fixed it. I can't fix it now. We'll be back first thing in the morning." I left for work at 3 on Monday and I still hadn't seen or heard from them but when I got home it wasn't leaking so we thought it was fixed. Last Sunday, there were major leaks coming down the whole front of all my cupboards on one side. Long story short, we waited till Wednesday for anything to be done about it. Now my brand new counter tops, my cupboards and the drywall ceiling and walls are completely warped. Hopefully they have finally fixed the roof! Now I wonder when they will fix the rest of my kitchen' :/

To h20logged I'm someone who lived at Regency Park a few years ago, I experienced the poor response as you but for me the problems was more extreme, if you could imagine that. After a month of hell and still no resolution to our problem I called their main office in southfield, MI and I swear I was called back within an hour in forming that all my issues will be resolved the very next day, and It was. So if you still having problem, give them a call you will be glad that you did.
