First off, I have lived here for only a month..
within 2 weeks, 1 of my cars had been attempted to be broken into..
they messed up the ignition so bad that they could not start it, i paid $1000 to get it fixed..
so 2 weeks later, my other car gets stolen, not broken into but stolen, and i still have not gotten it back!
when i asked the main office for help/call the police.. they complained that i was the first to complain about this, and asked me did i do something to someone.. what a joke.
the lady 100% lied, because the police officer that came out told me he gets called up to these apartment complex's all the time for stolen vehicles and its a hot spot..
so if you have a nice vehicle, you better protect it, because the main office sure wont help you.
yes, the apartments are nice on the inside, but whats the point if crime is high..
and whats the point if you dont feel safe,
and my god if worst comes to worst, and something DOES happen..the staff there act very rude and unprofessional, much different than the fake nice they show you upon trying to move in..
ive lived on the east side of detroit at one point and have never been treated so poorly by staff, and have NEVER had my car stolen.. do not move here, and dont even think about anywhere close, it cant be too different!
