I lived here for a year and aside from the fact that the apartment was dirty when I moved in there are roaches. I had to throw out all of my appliances when I moved just to make sure I didn't bring the cockroaches with me. The management is terrible, They went through 3 mangers in the year I was there. Plus they ignore your repair requests. I told them that my bathroom door needed to be replace because it had a crack in it. They said they would have it fixed in about 3 days, 3 months later I am moved out and it still was not fixed by that time. On top of it all there is mold growing in the ceiling and HVAC systems. One last note: they are violating colorado housing laws by not having smoke detectors in every apartment. So if the building caught on fire while you slept.....yeah you might die.
