Not as bad as some say

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005
 
I lived here for five years and haven't had any problems. For an apartment, it's quiet and there is plenty of parking. Maintenance is really good, it's never been longer than a day or so before they fixed something. The last place I lived at took four months to fix stuff. All in all I enjoyed living there.
