Warren Manor

 

I moved into this place in October 2005 with cautious thoughts.

I've heard and read various reviews about this appartment and was kinda nervous about actually living here.

Upon moving in, my thoughts and feelings changed.

This place is very quiet and nice.

I have had no negative experiences living here thus far.

My appartment building is VERY quiet and have not encountered any maintanace problems.

The people in my building keep to themselves and are "neighborly".

Prior to moving in, I drove around the grounds just to get a feel my surroundings and was a tad bit turned off.

The front grounds (were the leasing office is) was nice and the building looked well kept, clean and nice.

As I drove further to the back, the look seemed to change.

There were less trimmed bushes and some of the appartments looked ranned down and dirty.

No flowers were planted and the landscap was plain.

Well,I decided to check them out anyway base on the fact that they offered FREE rent, water, and heat (and the rent was resonable).

I did sign a 1 year lease and am gald that I did.

The complex managers/ workers were hospitible and I did not have to pay an application fee.

I moved in and was offered 2 months of free rent.

The size of the appartment was adequate and included a storage room.

I am satisfied with the choice I made to move into Warren Manor Appartments.

I must add that I moved into a unit closer towards the leasing office because I have been told that those appartments were more quiet.

My advice to those interested in living here is to take a look around and decide for yourself.

Live towards the front (near the leasing office) and GOOD LUCK!!
