Im currenty a resident 3/07 till 4/08 I would be leaving sooner but didnt want to move during the winter months. The 1st problem is the atmosphere the units entries are kept in poor condition walls are written on they have spray painted over profanity on the walls instead of painting the entries the carpet looks like its been there since the early 8o's. Inside the apts are clean and neat. 2nd problem the tenants I try to clean the halls because it represents me the tenants dont give a u know what!! trash on the grounds drinks spilled on hallway floors. I havent experience any pest problems an ocassional spider but if the continue of trash left in hallways and outside on the lawn we will have a problem.The price is avg 680 for 2 bd with heat and water included. The neglect of the property is not worth it I rather sacrifice and move on because it looks like u pay $50 a month.Yes the office is very unconsiderate and its a shame to let would could be a nice apt go to such waste!!!!! Please $$$ isn't everything! they accept anyone which isnt bad but u have to draw the line somewhere!!!
