The place is ghetto, i moved in in the winter and it was OK, but soon as the whether broke, omg! it was a party every night, domestic violence every weekend, and ---- fights almost every weekend. My car got stolen after 6 months in living there and the neigbors smashed into my other car while it was parked!! lol..its funny now but i was pissed off then. I paid 480 a month which was straight and it was close to major freeways but im telling you, its not worth it.
Roaches..YES
Mice...YES
GHETTO...Yes
Theft....Hell Yes.
Its esp. not a place for you if you have children.
