the apartment was a nice size and looked pretty nice. Once I started having problems I became aware that maintence was unreliable. I had a leak underneath my bathroom sink that they could never find. Then i had problems with my furnace that they came to fix days later and I still had no heat on the coldest days and I had to stay elsewhere and there was no form of apology or compensation. Then I come back and still there was no heat they finally had to replace the furnace and I had to stay elsewhere in order not to freeze. When I moved out and i was no longer under a lease i gave them notice and then a few months later i get a letter about owing rent and for damages to the apartment that were ther wheen i moved in and it was never taken care of. Be very careful of the management.

I have extremely expensive gas bills here also because of the poorly insulated windows and doors. I can hear everything my downstairs neighbor does and vice versa, I would not recommend moving here either.

My first gas bill came in and it was 250.00!!! This is more than my old house bill of 120.00. The doors and windows don't have very good insulation and there are cracks in the walls appearing daily from he weak floor boards upstairs. These apartments have serious issues. Noise levels are unconfortably loud! Cant believe I have to live here for the rest of my lease. Don't move here. Look elsewhere. Please........
